Content
In the Pagus workflow, you manage letter components- or what is commonly referred to as content. Logos, letterhead, letter bodies, graphics, verbiage, and other pieces of content are cataloged, efficiently stored, and retrieved on demand. These resources can be shared across your entire letter library, or created for specific letter applications.
Application
Application codes are used to group all of the business rules that define the unique presentation of a letter. Business rules comprise, how, what, and when content is displayed in the letter template.
Communication
The final communication represents the dynamic on-demand assembly and presentation of content. This presentation can be unique to specific recipients or groups of recipients as defined by the application rules.
The Pagus advantage:
Faster Letter Changes
Letter changes happen quickly. No magic here. By updating any piece of shared content, you in effect, update all of the letters that use that content.
Faster Implementation
Implementation happens quickly. No magic here either. By identifying content that can be shared, and designing a letter library with that in mind, new letter setups can happen in an instant.
